CHCA students show concern for Nigerian girls

SYCAMORE TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) -- The plight of the young girls kidnapped in Nigeria is touching hearts here at home. Girls who attend Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy used their 15-minute break between AP exams to show their concern for their peers.

The mother of one of the students at the school was so affected by news coverage of the Nigerian kidnappings, that she pulled together the picture at the last minute.

She sent out an e-mail gauging interest and the response was overwhelmingly positive. Every girl in grades 9 through 12 at the school is in the picture. The students are holding a sign with the hashtag - Bring Back our Girls.

That's the slogan adopted to bring awareness to the Nigerian girls' plight.
