Avondale Gang Take Down

AVONDALE, Ohio (WKRC) -- The health department moves in on a mechanics shop in Avondale that was part of Wednesday's assault on known gang members.

The shop on Glenwood Avenue is one of the places gang members meet according to police.  That's where three people were arrested.  Now the health department is going to court to shut down the old auto shop, calling  it a health hazard.
Cincinnati's Initiative to Reduce Violence started going after two known Avondale gangs and the places they hang out after members were linked to two murders in January.  Crime has dropped 50 percent since then.

Three people still on the run, are all wanted for selling drugs.  There are trafficking warrants for Deangelo Stone, Terrence Watson and Martinez Pope.
There is a reward through Crime Stoppers for information about where to find them.  Call 352-3040 if you can help police.  Callers are identified by code numbers.
