New audit of pool could mean more changes after 10-year-old drowned

WALNUT HILLS, Ohio (WKRC) -- The internal investigation into the drowning of a 10-year-old boy in a city pool was completed and the tragedy could bring more changes.
Tyrell Wyche was pulled from the bottom of the deep end at Bush Pool in Walnut Hills in early June.  CPR was performed but he died days later at the hospital.

Monday's report said lifeguards were in their proper positions at the time and were up-to-date on their training.  The CRC changed its rules and from now on children 11-years-old and younger won't be allowed in the pools without an adult.
An audit by an independent group will be conducted the week of June 30 and that could bring about more changes.
