City requests house where girl was mauled ruled a nuisance

WESTWOOD, Ohio (WKRC) -- The woman who owned the local home where pit bulls mauled a little girl can no longer have animals there.

The city took the unusual step Monday of asking a judge to declare Volores White's house a nuisance.  White lived on Aquadale Lane in Westwood.
Police say White's son, Zontae Irby, used dogs to guard a drug operation.  On the night of June 4th, the animals attacked six-year-old Zainabou Drame.
She's still in a medically induced coma.  Officers shot and killed two of the three dogs.
