Suspected drunk driver in court for crash that killed teen

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- A judge ordered a suspected drunk driver held on a quarter million dollars bond for allegedly causing the crash that killed his son's teenage friend.

Larry Molloy was indicted last Friday for the March wreck that killed 16-year-old Damien Henderson. Molloy is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, child endangering and tampering with evidence.

Police said Molloy was driving more than 100 MPH when he crashed into a guard rail on I-275 at Kellogg Avenue. He's then accused of tossing bottles of Mike's Hard Lemonade off of the overpass after the crash.

If Molloy posts bond, a judge ordered him to wear an electronic monitoring bracelet.
