Driver charged with causing injury crash in Symmes Twp.

SYMMES TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) -- The driver police say caused a crash in Symmes Township that injured him and three other people, now faces charges.

Investigators say Mitchell Christian had alcohol, cocaine and amphetamines in his system when he crashed a car on Rich Road on May 14. The car went off the road, hit a wall, a mailbox and over a guardrail.

Jeremie Keller and Don Saturne were thrown from the car. Keller suffered a head injury so severe, part of his skull was removed.  Keller, Saturne and a third passenger, Sara Inzerello, all suffered broken bones.

According to tests, Christian's BAC was .186. That's more than twice the legal limit. Christian faces three charges of aggravated vehicular assault. He also had outstanding traffic charges from 2010.
