Driver charged for fatal West Chester crash

WEST CHESTER, Ohio (WKRC) -- West Chester Police have charged the driver they say caused a crash that killed another driver.

Terrence Strader turned himself into police on Thursday. On May 29, police say Strader was involved in a hit and run accident at State Route 747 and Mackenzie Court. Just moments later, they say he slammed into another car at Stare Route 747 and Port Union Road, killing Troy Stapleton.

Strader is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of an accident and other traffic charges. He'll answer to the charges in court on Friday.
