Dodgers fan banned from all Hamilton Co. sporting venues

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- A Dodgers fan, arrested during a Reds game for allegedly making threats, is banned from all sporting venues in Hamilton County.

Troy Sexton, from West Virginia, appeared in court Thursday on a burglary charge. He had been banned from Great American Ball Park before. According to court papers, Sexton snuck into the stadium with the purpose to commit a crime. He allegedly made threats to fans on Facebook, saying he was coming to the game to "shatter lives". He was arrested when a police officer, who arrested Sexton in 2008 for pushing down an elderly man, recognized him.

Today the judge also ordered Sexton not to enter any sporting venue, amateur or pro, in Hamilton county ever again. The judge kept his bond at $40,000. He faces up to three years in prison if convicted.
