Suspected drunk driver turns himself in for fatal crash

ANDERSON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) -- An Anderson Township man facing charges in a deadly crash has surrendered to police.

Larry Molloy arrived at the Cincinnati police training center Monday afternoon.  From there, he was handcuffed and taken to the justice center.  A grand jury indicted Larry Molloy Friday on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and child endangering.
In March, Molloy lost control of his SUV on I-275 near Kellogg Avenue and crashed into the guard rail. Investigators say Molloy was drunk behind the wheel and speeding in excess of 100 miles per hour before the crash. The prosecutor also says Molloy threw cans of Mike's Hard Lemonade off the overpass after it.

16-year old Damien Henderson died when he was thrown from the vehicle. He was not wearing a seat belt. Molloy's son and another passenger were not hurt.

If convicted, Molloy faces more than 12 years in prison and could lose his driver's license for life.
