New charges expected for two men after victim died

EVANSTON, Ohio (WKRC) -- New charges are expected against two men after the victim in a shooting in Evanston died.

Police said 42-year-old Ledon Shelton died Tuesday. Shelton was shot in the chest in front of Jack's Carryout on Montgomery Road on June 4th. He was with his son at the time.    

A grand jury indicted the two suspects, Robert McCallum, and Daniel Stallworth, on charges of felonious assault and aggravated robbery last week.

McCallum also faces one count of tampering with evidence and a gun charge.
