Annies Law bill up for vote Tuesday

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- A bill to try to keep drunk drivers off the road is a step closer to becoming law in Ohio.
Tuesday, the State House Judiciary committee is taking up "Annie's Law."  It would require ignition interlocks on cars for first time OVI offenders.
The bill is named for Annie Rooney.  Last July, she was killed while driving on U.S. 50 near Chillicothe as a repeat offender crossed the center line and struck her car.
