New Cincinnati city pool rules

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- New safety rules at city pools came less than a week after a young boy drowned in one.

The Cincinnati Recreation Commission raised the age limit for children unsupervised by adults.  Effective immediately, no child under 11-years-old can use a city pool unless they have an adult with them.
Before now, children 7-years-old and older did not need to be accompanied by an adult.
10-year-old Tyrell Wyche died Monday, five days after he was pulled from the pool at Bush Recreation Center in Walnut Hills.
