Women plead guilty in tax evasion case

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- The co-owner of a health care business pleaded guilty to failing to pay employment taxes to the IRS.
Authorities said Peggy Dossman and her business partner, Gina Kerth, deducted and collected taxes from their employees at Southwest Home Health Care but they did not pay the IRS.  Dossman agreed to pay more than $350,000 in restitution.
Kerth pleaded guilty last month and will be sentenced in September.

Dossman is free on bond while she waits to be sentenced.
