Cleves man accused of using cast iron skillet to murder uncle

CINCINNATI -- A judge orders a man charged with murdering his uncle with a cast iron skillet locked up on half a million dollars bond.

Cory Hall is charged with murder and abuse of a corpse in the death of Paul Bramlage. Bramlage vanished last month.

According to court papers, Hall admitted to shoving the handle of the skillet down Bramlage's throat and choking him until he passed out at his Cleves home. Then he slammed Bramlage's head on the ground until there were no signs of life.

Court papers then say Hall dragged his uncle's body out of the house and put it in the back of his pickup truck and drove to Dearborn County, Indiana. He left Bramlage's body on the side of a road.
