High water traps driver

NEWTOWN, Ohio (Larry Davis) -- Fire crews in Newtown had to rescue people trapped by high water Tuesday.

A driver called 911 after getting stranded, "Could you send like a tow truck or something?  'Cause I'm like stuck in a river."

The dispatcher told the driver to climb onto the roof of his Ford Taurus until rescuers could get there.  The situation ended safely but in severe weather that's not always the case.
