All 66 dogs adopted after being removed from Price Hill home

SHARONVILLE, Ohio (WKRC) -- Back in February, 66 dogs were removed from a home in West Price Hill due to inhumane conditions. Now all 66 dogs have new homes.

Since being removed from the home on Gilsey Avenue, the animals have been cared for by the SPCA. They have been nursed back to health and were put up for adoption Saturday.

Viewing of the animals began at 9 a.m. and adoption began at 10 a.m. at SPCA Cincinnati's Sharonville Humane Center located at 11900 Conrey Road. Adoptions were $20 and all the dogs had been spayed/neutered, had initial vaccinations, negative heart worm test and a Hamilton County 2014 dog license.

All the dogs adopted Saturday are spayed or neutered and micro-chipped.

Some of the dogs will need ongoing medical care.

In all, 109 dogs were adopted from the SPCA Saturday.
