Volunteers pick up trash along Ohio River

EAST END, Ohio (WKRC) -- Volunteers filled a river bank to clean it up.

The annual Ohio River Sweep was held Saturday morning at several tri-state locations.

Some of those volunteers gathered at the Schmidt Field boat ramp off of Humbert Avenue in the East End.

More than 80 people picked up trash and removed debris along the shoreline. This is the 25th year for the river sweep.
