Attorneys in Norwood hotel case to meet
NORWOOD, Ohio (Perry Schaible) -- Attorney's for both sides will be back in front of a judge to discuss the future of a hotel in Norwood.
The Quality Inn was a hotbed for drugs and sex and officials want it closed permanently.
Hotel owners transferred ownership to a third party and hotel attorneys said they can reopen, tear down or sell the property. They also said there is a possibility the new owners could rehab the hotel.
Both sides will be in front of Judge Robert Ruehlman on Tuesday morning to discuss the issue. Ruehlman extended the temporary shutdown earlier this week.
Police raided the hotel earlier this month after an ongoing investigation led to sex and drugs.
