Company donates mowers to teen program

EVANSTON, Ohio (WKRC) -- A summer lawn mowing business is designed to keep kids off the streets and teach them about hard work and money, but it's been in need of equipment.
Anderson Equipment Company in Falmouth likes the idea so much; Roger Anderson and Brian Couch drove to Evanston Monday morning to donate three lawn mowers to the teens. "We're giving three Snapper mowers, with bags on the back because we're pleased with the project he's in."

"A lot of people gave lawn mowers that we're getting fixed. This will make a big impression, couple have broken down and have burned up." Pastor Peterson Mingo says there are more than twenty teens who want to work. In order to do so workers have to be on time, be respectful and have a savings account

Pastor Mingo takes the teens to the job sites. Two crews work two days a week. The other days they do other odd jobs, such as cleaning gutters or painting.

If you have work for them, you can call Pastor Mingo at 602-4619.
