Graco recalls harness buckles on 1.9 car seats

ATLANTA (WKRC) -- Graco is recalling the harness buckles used on 1.9 million infant car seats, because they can be too hard or nearly impossible to open.

The recalled buckles are on car seats manufactured between July 2010 and May 2013. Graco is encouraging owners of the car seats or order a buckle replacement kit and install it as soon as it arrives.

Graco does say it's safe to use the car seats while waiting for the replacements. Graco also suggests cleaning the buckles if you're having trouble. There have been no reported injuries with this problem.
