Grand jury indicts driver in deadly crash

WHITEWATER TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) -- A man was accused of killing a local mother in a crash, then leaving her in the car until one of her friends discovered it the next day.
Thursday, July 24, a grand jury indicted Scott Williams for aggravated vehicular homicide.  Deputies said Williams was speeding and drunk on Cilley Road in Whitewater Township June 15 when he lost control of his car.
29-year-old Jenna Higgins was a passenger.  She was a mother of four children.
