Suspected drunk driver charged for fatal Colerain crash

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) -- A grand jury indicts a suspected drunk driver on charges he caused a crash in Colerain Township that killed one of his passengers.

21-year-old Joshua Seale faces charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and OVI for the April 13 crash.

Investigators say Seale was driving too fast when he lost control on Royal Glen Drive, near Pippen. His car hit several parked cars before coming to a stop. Passenger Dominique Carter was killed.

Two back seat passengers were also taken to the hospital, but they survived. Investigators say Seale was over the legal limit for both alcohol and marijuana.
