Traffic: Work begins on MLK Interchange
CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- Work began on a major highway project that will change the face of the uptown area.
Crews started taking down a bridge just north of the Martin Luther King Drive overpass. It's the first part of the MLK Interchange project.
New ramps will be built for access to and from I-71. Two lanes of I-71 south shut down at 9 p.m. Monday.
They will reopen Tuesday morning at 6.
This closure is in effect until Aug. 1.
