Two Northern Kentucky banks held-up

BELLEVUE AND FT. WRIGHT, Ky. (WKRC) -- Police in Bellevue and Ft. Wright are looking for two different thieves who robbed two banks Wednesday afternoon.

A well-dressed thief robbed a Bellevue bank. The man, dressed in a suit, held-up the Chase Bank on Riviera Road at about 3 p.m. Police did not say if he had a weapon but he did get away with cash.

At about the same time, a thief with a tattoo on his face robbed a Ft. Wright bank.

Investigators say the man walked into the Bank of Kentucky branch and got away with cash. He drove off in a light green four-door Toyota.

He did not show a weapon. He was tall with a tattoo of a star on the side of his face.

If you have any information on either robbery, call Crime Stoppers at 352-3040.
