Police: Man arrested after driving through Comic-Con crowd

SAN DIEGO (WKRC) -- Police arrested a man who they say plowed through a crowd at the annual Comic-Con Zombie Walk in San Diego.

Police say the man was with his deaf family in their car waiting for the walkers to go by.

They say he waited several minutes and then rolled through because his children were afraid of the crowd.

According to police, several people surrounded the car and started punching it, causing the father to drive forward again. That time, a woman was hit and fell under the car.

She has minor injuries.
