Four arrested in racially motivated attacks downtown

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- Police make another arrest after an apparent racially motivated attack downtown, over the busy Memorial Day weekend.
Five people face charges. Four are now in custody, charged with felonious assault, assault, ethnic intimidation and aggravated rioting.

Police arrested Yahdea Brown Wednesday. She joins Matthew Johnson and Joshua McCoy who are already locked up in the Hamilton County Justice Center. A 17-year-old, also charged in the attack, is in custody.
Video from a metro bus shows people running away from the attack scene. An attack on Hamilton County prosecutor Joe Deters' son was also captured by a camera. He suffered a concussion.

Witnesses reported the suspects used racial slurs. Police are still trying to track down the fifth suspect, Onea Lapsley.
