Bus company apologizes for stranding passengers

OVER-THE-RHINE, Ohio (WKRC) -- A bus company is apologizing to customers Friday after leaving a Megabus full of passengers coming from Atlanta stranded overnight in Over-the-Rhine.

Passengers were dropped off a the 12th and Central stop just before midnight. They were told a connecting bus to Buffalo would arrive in half an hour.

The connecting bus didn't arrive until two hours later.

A spokesperson for Coach USA North America which operates Megabus released this statement:

"We sincerely apologize to the affected customers for the inconvenience and have provided everyone with a full refund."
