Judge denies Greenpeace protestors motion for P&G emails

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- A judge quashes a motion that the protesters accused of damaging Procter and Gamble's headquarters during a stunt, thought would help their case.

P&G says the activists vandalized windows and a brick floor during their stunt back in March. The Greenpeace protestors say that damage was already there.

Lawyers for the protestors had asked for P&G emails they believe would have shown. P&G's attorneys say the request would be burdensome and any of the information would have been irrelevant an inadmissible.
