P&G, Greenpeace vandals due in court Thursday
CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- Procter and Gamble, and the protestors who hung banners at P&G headquarters, are due back in court Thursday.
P&G claims the activists vandalized windows and pavers during their stunt in March, but Greenpeace says the damage was already there.
They say the can prove it, if P&G lets their lawyers in to take a closer look.
The defendants filed for a subpoena, requesting all emails and communications from P&G employees discussing the stunt.
The state will decide whether or not to reject the request.
