Indiana A.G. investigates Aurora driving school

AURORA, Ind. (WKRC) -- The Indiana Attorney General's office is now investigating a driving school in Aurora. Local 12 was first to tell you about the complaints surrounding KC Driving School and its owner Kimberly Cleeter.

Aurora Police began an investigation after several students complained they paid for driving lessons that were either not provided, or students received the lessons but never receive the required certification to present to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

The driving school's operating license expired June 30. Cleeter says she followed the proper procedures to renew her license and  it was the BMV that messed up.

She also said that despite the discrepancy, she still intends to make things right with her students and employees. Consumers who made payments to KC Driving School, but did not receive services, can still file complaints with the Indiana Attorney General's office at 1-800-382-5516 or click on the link.
