P&G protesters still face burglary charges

HAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- A Hamilton County judge denied a defense motion to dismiss burglary charges filed against Greenpeace protesters.
The protesters hung banners from Procter and Gamble's downtown headquarters in March.  The nine environmental activists argued they had a constitutional right to free speech in connection with the publicity stunt.
However, the judge sided with the prosecution in rejecting that claim.
