Parole denied in infamous crime
DELHI TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) -- A local community's efforts paid off and a man who killed four people will not get out of prison.
Thursday, Ohio's parole board denied Raymond Kassow's bid for freedom. Kassow and two other men were sentenced to death for killing four people while robbing the Cabinet Supreme Savings and Loan in Delhi in 1969.
Their death sentences were commuted. Kassow's co-defendants died in prison.
Delhi officials called on the community to get in touch with the state to oppose Kassow's parole.
