John Gumm has your cool Wednesday forecast
CINCINNATI (John Gumm) -- We are close to a record low this morning with temperatures in the 50s!
We will see temperatures close to the coolest high ever for this date later this afternoon with a high near 74 degrees. This is well below average for this time of the year.
It's clear. But we will see a chance for some spotty showers and even a rumble of thunder later on.
Temperatures will continue to be cool, 8 to 12 degrees below average. Things will start to warm up late week with highs into the 80s. Some rain chances will return for the weekend.
We are tracking a weak upper impulse that will bring some hit-or-miss showers and even a thunderstorm by later this afternoon and early evening.
A few showers today, then high pressure builds in. That will mean quiet weather into the end of the week. As the high moves east warmer weather will arrive with 80s late week.
Spotty showers and 74 today. Sunshine and upper 70s tomorrow. 80s return Friday and into the weekend. Some chances for showers and storms return Saturday through Tuesday, but lots of dry time in there too. We get back into the upper 80s next week as the heat and humidity increases.
