Brother Arrested After Shooting in Colerain Township

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) --  A man was shot in the back of the head late Friday night in Colerain Township. A short time later his brother was arrested.
Police were called to a home on Fulbourne Drive about 11:30 p.m. The victim was not badly hurt and was even walking around when emergency responders arrived. He was taken to a hospital to be checked out.

The suspect was found walking on a nearby street and was taken into custody. The suspect has been identified as 50 year-old Curtis Shearer. According to court documents, Shearer and his brother got in an argument over their mother's estate before the shooting. Shearer has been charged with felonious assault and tampering with evidence.
