Talks scheduled in Butler Co. Children Services strike

BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- Talks are expected Tuesday that could possibly resolve the social workers' strike in Butler County.

The Children Services union and the county are expected to meet in the afternoon. It will be the first time since the strike began a week ago.

Social workers walked off the job because of a contract dispute. The county says it's still meeting needs of the children. It has hired some people and it's getting help from outside agencies.
