Suspect in court for punching UC officer

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- A judge set a $20,000 bond for the man accused of roughing up a University of Cincinnati police officer.

Reginald Randolph was accused of hitting the officer who was approaching Randolph to arrest him.  It all started when someone flagged down the officer to say they'd been assaulted at Moerlein Avenue and West McMillan Street Sunday afternoon, August 3.
Randolph punched the officer in the face.
People standing nearby helped the officer get Randolph under control.
