Suspect's statements can be used against them

WARREN COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- A judge ruled that statements made by two murder suspects facing the death penalty can and will be used against them in a court of law.

Friday, August 29th, 2014, a judge in Warren County threw out motions to suppress filed by both Tim Mosley and Austin Myers.  That means statements the men gave to police can be brought up at trial.
Investigators said Mosley and Myers broke into 18-year-old Justin Back's Waynesville home in January to rob him.
Once inside they allegedly beat, choked, stabbed and shot back, then dumped his body in Preble County.
