Outburst by indicted judge Tracie Hunter in court

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- A routine hearing for indicted juvenile court judge takes a dramatic turn as it came to an end.

Judge Tracie Hunter suddenly stood up and lashed out at the special prosecutors, especially Scott Croswell. "Before I am a judge I am a pastor of a church and I take great exception to your disparaging of my name in this courtroom today. I wasn't sure what you meant by the term this defendant is gaming the system, the only gaming that is going on is by the Hamilton County Juvenile Court.

Judge Nadel tries to cut her off but complained that he should have cut off Crosswell. She also replied that she was not going to get a fair trial in Hamilton County.

Hunter faces felony charges, involving back-dating court records and improper use of a county credit card. Her trial is scheduled to begin September Eighth.
