Charge of shots fired in retribution land Evanston woman in court

EVANSTON, Ohio (WKRC) -- A woman accused of firing shots at a group of people in Evanston appears before a judge.
Keisha Kemper is locked up in the Hamilton County Justice Center on more than $50,000 bond. Police say Kemper and two men fired shots at a group of women Evanston yesterday, after a fight between the women earlier in the day.
Police later found Kemper at a home on Hewitt Avenue near Bonaparte. She surrendered peacefully to swat officers and faces felonious assault and drug paraphernalia charges.

Detectives still want to find the other two men in the car.
