Xavier president Michael Graham accepts ALS 'Ice Bucket Challenge'

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- Xavier University President Father Michael Graham, S.J. is the latest to take the 'Ice Bucket Challenge', which raises money to battle A.L.S., or Lou Gehrig's disease.

Father Graham was called out by UC President Santa Ono. He has a very personal reason to get soaked, since his youngest brother has lived with A.L.S. for the past five-and-a-half years.

"He's the youngest of the family. I'm the oldest," said Graham. "We've always been very close and it was a real shattering thing for the family to have him diagnosed."
So far the challenge has raised more than $7.5 million for the A.L.S. Association.

Father Graham called out Xavier Soccer Coach Andy Fleming, Reds Chief Operating Officer Phil Castellini, Bishop Joseph Binzer and Pope Francis!
