Two men face trespassing charges after ATV rolls into river

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP (WKRC) -- Two men rolled their jeep into the Great Miami River and now face trespassing charges.

James Arszman of Colerain Township and Matthew Howard of Norwood were on ATV trails when the jeep slid off the trail and rolled several times.  It happened Sunday, August 10 around 8:30p.m.

The front of it was partially submerged in the water, but the men were able to get out and call 911.

Howard was taken to the hospital with shoulder and leg injuries and both face criminal trespassing charges because they were on private property.
