Group fighting heroin meets with state officials

NEW RICHMOND, Ohio (WKRC) -- The Ohio attorney general's office is helping New Richmond combat the heroin epidemic.
It met with a group called "River Rats On Attack" Monday, August 18th, 2014. The group was formed in July of 2014.  It was born out of the frustration of New Richmond's police chief.
He spoke exclusively to Local 12 about his never-ending battle against heroin dealers.
The attorney general's office said it was working on a plan to help New Richmond fight the problem.
