Bar and grill organized fundraiser for tri-state musician battling cancer

EAST END, Ohio (WKRC) -- One of the tri-state's top musicians is battling cancer, so a local bar and grill hosted a benefit for him Sunday.

Larry Goshorn is probably best known for writing the song "Amy, What You Wanna Do." He is also a former member of Pure Prairie League.
Pirates Cove on Kellogg Avenue in the East End organized the fundraiser.

A number of well-known tri-state groups performed live throughout the day, including Robin Lacy, Dezydeco and the Danny Frazier Band.
