Candidate for Ohio governor, Fitzgerald, denies wrongdoing

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- The democratic candidate for Ohio governor and his wife said they were disappointed by what they called "personal attacks."
They followed a report that police responded to a call about Ed Fitzgerald and a woman in a car two years ago.  Details surfaced Friday, August 1, of a 2012 police report about the candidate and the woman in a vacant parking lot.  It happened in suburban Cleveland at 4:30 in the morning.

Fitzgerald said nothing inappropriate happened with the woman who was a friend visiting from Ireland.
He canceled planned campaign events Friday.
