Forward Paul Crowder assigned to Cyclones
CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- The Cincinnati Cyclones, proud affiliate of the NHL's Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators, announced that forward Paul Crowder has been assigned to the club by the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League.
Crowder, a 28-year-old Victoria, British Columbia native comes to the Queen City after spending the bulk of his career with the Wheeling Nailers. Now a member of the Nashville Predators farm system, Crowder finished 17th in the ECHL in scoring last year by posting 62 points (23 goals, 39 assists) in 68 games for Wheeling. He has also spent some significant time in the AHL since finishing college in 2009; since rounding out a three-year career at the University of Alaska-Anchorage, the six-foot-three-inch, 203-pound center has skated with the Hartford Wolfpack, Manchester Monarchs, Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins, and Milwaukee Admirals. While at the Triple-A level, Crowder has logged 102 games and amassed 31 points.
