COLLEGE HILL, Ohio (WKRC) - Cincinnati Police name a suspect in a murder that took place just days before Christmas.

Police believe Joshua Revels shot two people at the Sunoco station on Galbraith Road on Dec. 22. One of them, James Witherspoon, died.

The other victim was taken to the hospital and she is expected to recover.

Police say Joshua Revels, 35, is 5'7" and 160 pounds. He has a star tattoo on his neck.
