CINCINNATI (WGCL/CNN Newsource/WKRC) - McDonald's no longer sells their popular 'snack wraps,' but a competitor may have emerged with a replacement.

Wendy's is adding a 'grilled chicken ranch wrap' to its menu, after McDonald's stopped producing their snack wraps because they were reportedly too complicated to make.

Wendy's says its new wrap is different because the chicken isn't fried, and the wrap is larger.

It's possible that Wendy's new grilled chicken wrap could satisfy a demand. More than 17,000 people have signed a petition for McDonald's to bring back their snack wraps.
