LA MIRADA, Calif. (WKRC) - Jack Rico just became the youngest Fullerton College graduate in the school's 107-year-old history and he finished with not one, but four associate's degrees. The 13-year-old did it in two years. 

But due to the coronavirus pandemic, his in-person graduation ceremony was canceled. His family and friends helped him celebrate by holding a drive-by  parade.
