bi3 initiative helping reduce the infant mortality rate in the Tri-State

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - The first year of life is crucial for babies, especially in Cincinnati. Hamilton County ranks among the bottom ten percent of counties across the nation for infant mortality. Many of our low-income neighborhoods have infant death rates that are more than twice the national average. Local 12 is part of a new partnership to work for better outcomes called bi3.
