CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Abraham Lincoln is celebrated for freeing the slaves and leading this nation through the Civil War. But despite preserving the union and modernizing the economy, not everyone is a fan. A new book called "Wild Wolf, the Great Civil War Rivalry" is the story of Colonel Frank Lane Wolford. He was wounded seven times in more than 300 battles and skirmishes. But there were things about Lincoln that Wolford didn't like and he was thrown in jail for it. Ronald Wolford Blair, who grew up in Cincinnati, is the author and is Wolford's great-great nephew.
